Getting with the programme
The theme for this year is shaping up to be "better late than never". Last month I finally got a cellphone that was text-capable and didn't have to be hidden from public view. And this week, the FOTIB household is getting Sky Digital, after many years confined to the world of free-to-air. Needless to say, the boys are ecstatic, and MOTIB is happy too 'cos there's a quilting programme on the Living Channel.
Next on the wishlist are a bigger-screen TV , and a dvd-recorder.
